"When I met David, I was at a very low point in my life.
My brother had recently passed away leaving me with a house that I couldn't afford but moved in there anyway because I was staying in a room at the time and even struggling with that.
The mortgage company eventually started foreclosure proceedings and was about a week away from putting me on the street.
I had talked to a couple of brokers before it got to that point and they each promised me that they could help, until they ran into some glitches and left me in a worse predicament.
Then I contacted David through a mutual acquaintance.
What David did for me was absolutely incredible. It was as if David took my situation on as a personal vendetta.

I met David through someone I trusted and when it was time to get my mortgage I decided to give David a try. One thing you must know is that I had been told by another broker a few months before I met David that I could not get a mortgage. I am self employed and had some credit challenges in the past. David worked so hard to find the right lender. He found a few choices and explained the pros and cons of each mortgage for my situation. I know he could have made more money by recommending a different mortgage but chose to recommend the best mortgage for me. I believe this is because he wants customers for life and not the one shot deal. He definitely has my business for I know he will look out for my (interest). No pun intended.
